SYDNEY & HUNTER
New Orleans, Louisiana
Sydney and Hunter’s wedding was one of those days where I felt like I could have photographed forever. Sydney has incredible style, and every choice felt thoughtful without feeling overdone. Going into the day, she told me she loved photographs that felt traditional and cinematic, but that she wasn’t afraid of something a little moodier or more artistic. Basically, permission to play, which I happily took. Elegant, joyful, a little unexpected, and so much fun to photograph. This one felt like art to me.

LEXI & DEVON
Alys Beach, Florida
This day felt like spring in the happiest way. Lexie and Devon were married at St. Rita, followed by a beautiful tented reception at Kaiya Beach Resort, with that impossibly blue water just steps away. But what I remember most is how much life was woven into this wedding. Lexie was effortlessly beautiful, the setting was incredible, and the whole day felt elegant but wonderfully lived-in. This one will always be a favorite.

ABBY & TYLER
Nashville, Tennesse
This one will forever be one of my favorites. Abby and Tyler kept their guest list small and chose two incredible Nashville spaces, an intimate ceremony tucked into the Wisteria Arbor at Cheekwood followed by the coziest candlelit dinner at Roze Pony. Every detail felt so intentional and completely them, from the wild, colorful florals to the tiny guests running barefoot through the grass. There was something about the whole evening that felt almost transportive, like we had slipped away somewhere far outside of Nashville for a few hours. Intimate, beautifully curated, and proof that a wedding doesn’t have to be big to feel completely unforgettable.

MEG & WILL
New Orleans, Louisiana
There are some wedding days that just stick with you, and Meg and Will’s is one of those for me. Meg was such a joy to be around, calm and kind and genuinely happy to just be there, marrying her person. They waited to see each other until she walked down the aisle at St. Patrick’s, so afterward we wandered a little, chased beautiful light, and found some really special places for portraits between the church and the Board of Trade. I loved every bit of this day. The soft greens, the blush flowers, Meg’s incredible dress, the old New Orleans architecture, and then this full, joyful dance floor at the end of the night.

MAGGIE & WILL
Fairhope, Alabama
Maggie and Will’s wedding was colorful, classic, and so full of life. They were married at Sacred Heart Church in Fairhope, followed by a tented celebration at a family friend’s home on the bay. Rain came through during their first look and family portraits, but cleared just in time for the ceremony, almost like the whole day had been waiting for them. By the time everyone made it to the bay, the sky opened into the most beautiful sunset.

REAGAN & MATT
Fairhope, Alabama
Reagan and Matt’s wedding was one of those late summer days that just felt easy and beautiful. They shared a quiet first look before their ceremony at St. Francis at the Point, then we snuck away again later that evening as the sun was setting over the bay at the Grand Hotel. The water was completely calm, the light was beautiful, and at some point the shoes came off and we just let them be together for a little while. Such a lovely couple and such a good reminder that sometimes the quietest little pockets of a wedding day end up being my favorites.

SKYLER & CAM
New Orleans, Louisiana
Skylar and Cam’s wedding is one I don’t think I’ll ever forget. A late spring garden ceremony beneath the oaks at the New Orleans Museum of Art, the prettiest soft blues and garden florals, and guests who absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was beautiful, but this day had energy. The Mixed Nuts kept the entire room alive, and then Lexi Lawson from Hamilton showed up to perform during the reception, which was just unreal. Truly one of those weddings where I kept thinking, “I can’t believe I get to photograph this.”

MADDIE & ERIC
New Orleans, Louisiana
Maddie and Eric’s winter wedding felt like stepping into another world. The Sculpture Garden at the New Orleans Museum of Art was completely transformed, with layers of greenery and flowers hanging overhead, candlelight everywhere, and the most beautiful little touches of blue woven throughout. And somehow, even with a setting this incredible, the day still felt really personal. Beautiful, personal, wildly fun, and so very New Orleans.

FALLON & JACK
New Orleans, Louisiana
Fallon and Jack’s wedding had such a cool, effortless energy to it. Fallon was the definition of a classic bride, that lace, the high neckline, the veil, the simple white florals, but there was also something a little moody and unexpected woven throughout the day that I loved. We started at The Blackbird, wandered the streets of New Orleans for portraits, celebrated their ceremony at St. Patrick’s, and ended the night at the Board of Trade with one seriously fun dance floor. Jack was so kind and completely smitten with Fallon, and the two of them just felt easy together.
